Mechanical Insulation Services specializes in the insulation and jacketing of mechanical systems such as piping, tanks, ducts, boilers, breechings, et cetera. MIS has extensive experience working in both commercial and industrial markets. Some of our past customers have included companies within the paper mill industry, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, schools, and government facilities, to name a few.

MIS currently employs approximately twenty insulation mechanics and has operated as an open shop (non-union) contractor and distributor of insulation for almost three decades. We have the experience and supplier connections to get your job done. While our main market has been in Maine and Northern New England, we have successfully completed many projects along the Eastern Seaboard.
